I offer free 20-minute phone consultations, in which we can learn more about each other and you may ask me any questions you have. When choosing someone to work with, it is important you feel like the relationship feels like a good fit. I’d be happy to talk with you.

I offer one time consultations as well as packages for a longer commitment. A single session can be a start and helpful, especially if we have worked together before. But working with me requires a commitment for at least 3 months.

Real transformation takes time. Opening up takes time. Getting to the bottom of a struggle or problem takes time.  Our sessions will be up to 90 min long. In my experience it is beneficial to have some arrival time and proper closure. 

I usually don´t go over this time frame, but I am not one to stops a conversation half way through a breakthrough.
